The Mass E-Mailer can send emails to different email lists. It uses only some text files to store the email addresses. With the web interface you can add, edit or delete addresses from the lists. You can also specify a time between sending the different emails. You also have a demo mode which does not send emails. You can choose the email format HTML or plain text. The script can write a logfile and you can add a simple signature at the end of each e-mail. There is a debug mode if you have problems to get your installation running. There is an online demo available !
