Description: HydroBB is a Bulletin Board that uses PHP and MySQL. The board comes with features such as user groups, forum searching, private messages, buddy lists, polls, a calendar and much much more. Administrators have access to an admin panel packed with features from forum permissions to flood control. It is very easy to customise with an area for changing board colours and also simple html templates available to edit. You can also add your own emoticons and use a censor.
