It is a better alternative to the PHP_MySQL server model. You don't have to learn anything to use PHAkt, as you will be able to work in Dreamweaver as you've been in the native PHP_MySQL server model. To enable PHAkt, make sure to select PHP_ADODB as the Testing Server for your site
