Description: At 9K, this is by far, the smallest CMS I've ever seen. It might so far as be seen as a blogger or shoutbox, but it was designed to be a CMS, so I'm calling it a CMS. Available as source. No DB required. NO ADDITIONAL FEATURES. Live version on site. Requires file chmod to 666. Flobi-lite will manage only one page, but can be put on multiple pages without conflict.
